About Me

Hello! I have been crafting ever since I can remember. I am retired now, and have gotten more into making handmade cards. I have also done some scrapbooking and a couple orders for wedding invitations. I really enjoyed doing them! Also have a few baby items I have made, used to sew all the time, but the cards have taken over now!

Welcome to my craft room.

This is the place where I keep track of the cards I have made.

Glad you could stop by and take a look.

Another Scrapbook

This time I did a scrapbook for my niece's birthday, she is turning 25!

This is the front of the Album.

Sympathy Card

Sympathy cards seem to be one of the hardest to make, so I always tend to do a very simple one.
For this one, I used one of the Cuttlebug folders, and added some pearl drops and a ribbon.
Mounted it a couple of times, and punched a border on the bottom.

Check out this great Blog!

I just found this great Blog that has lots of Hints and Tips, I shall be spending some time checking it all out!!! So pop on over to http://craftmadandlovingit.blogspot.com/ and check it out!

Finally got a couple cards made!!

OMG, have not managed to make too many cards this month, it has been sooooo hot, could hardly stand it! Today was a much cooler day, and I felt like making a couple cards.

Spotty Pig Challenge Card

Loved this image of the Little Cup Cake Boy!
( No I wasn't drunk when I put the corners on, they are on pop up dots, just the angle I took the photo on!!! )

MCS Fairy

This is a Birthday card for a friend. The images are from MCS. Have posted the front of the card and the inside with the verse.
I added some gems on the flowers and glitter on the fairy's wings. The colour in the photos is not all that great, but the background colour is a very soft pink.

WOW!

I won the card challenge on the Stamp -n- doodle Blog!!!! They gave you a free digital image to do the challenge card with. Now I get to pick out another free digi image!!!
Thanks Stamp -n- doodle!!!!

My First Word Book Card

Well, after two attempts, cause I wrecked the first one, I finally managed to finish my first Word Book Card!
I did not have a template to go by, so kind of winged it! I think I should of used a thicker font, and that would of made the letters more prominent. But shall try that on the next one.
