About Me

Hello! I have been crafting ever since I can remember. I am retired now, and have gotten more into making handmade cards. I have also done some scrapbooking and a couple orders for wedding invitations. I really enjoyed doing them! Also have a few baby items I have made, used to sew all the time, but the cards have taken over now!

Welcome to my craft room.

This is the place where I keep track of the cards I have made.

Glad you could stop by and take a look.

Birthday Invitations

Grandaughter and Grandson both have their Birthdays in the same month, so this year their Mom, is having a combined pool party.
I took photos of the children's heads and put them on a body on a pool float, added some sunglasses and made them floating around in the water.

New Home Card

Youngest daughter is moving into her first home next week! She is very excited about it.
Printed off the backing paper, 3D the frog, and added a dragonfly embellishment.

Grandson's birthday

I did not want to get too fussy with his card, as he is a REAL boy!!!

Grandaughter"s Birthday

Made this card for my Grandaughter's Birthday. I thought it was just the cutest image for her!

Easter Cards

Here are some Easter cards, done for the grandchildren. They are all 3D decoupaged.

Anniversary Card

This was for a colour challenge, we had to use Cream/Brown/Orange.
Used cream card and stamped brown butterflies, the scalloped butterflies were printed on vellum paper and using the scallop punch, cut it out and the orange stock. Stamped the sentiment, added some glitter and cut out one of the smaller butterfllies. Added the strip of brown cardstock, which I used a border punch on.

Scene Card

This was done for a card challenge, had to be a Scene card. the image is 5 layers, but it doesn't show up well.

Tooth Fairy Cards

Made these for the grandchildren, so they can put
their tooth in the little envelope for the Tooth
Fairy! There is a tiny piece of velcro attached
to the flap of the envelope to close it, Slip the card
into an envelope and place under your pillow and
wait and see what the Tooth Fairy brings you!

Lady in Blue 02

Lady in Blue

I just love the Art Deco women!

Egyptian Lady

This is a new theme for me to do. Printed the background paper and the image onto glossy photo paper, which was then mounted on textured burgandy papers. Stuffed a feather under one corner and thought that was enough to embellish this card.
